I've been taking our 2 vehicles to Gilbert's for the past 3 1/2 years. I've always received good service and good quality work at a fair price. They've also been flexible enough to help me out a couple of times when I was in a bind. I will be continuing to take my cars there for all service needs.

They have been my mechanics since I found them about 9- 10 years ago. They do outstanding custom exhaust and when they give me a price for anything they stick to it! Once you find a mechanic you trust...don't ever go anywhere else! Oh, they also have a machine shop in house. Had several heads decked and cleaned there when I have done head gasket on several vehicles.

Had my car inspection done here. Service was professional and promptly completed. Prices were also decent. I will return here again.

I have been using this shop since I moved to this area three years ago. The mechanics get your vehicle in quick, keep you informed and do not over charge. I would recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic they can trust.

Went to Gilbert's when car broke down close to there and couldn't get it to our usual garage. They were great!!! Honest and reasonably priced, they fixed the problem without any upsells or unnecessary work. Good to know there is a garage like this just outside of Lancaster city in case we ever need it again.

A month ago, my typical go to mechanics were too booked to schedule my car for an inspection. My good friend referred me to bring it here. Was inspected and completed the same day it was scheduled. My husband and I both took our cars for exhaust work this week, separate days,(for 3 times now within a month), and can fairly state we are VERY happy! Can’t help but share our experience. Very friendly and honest people here
